Graduates in this state-of-the-art Dentistry and Dental Implantology Degree will develop:
- clinical knowledge and skills of the highest level, honed within the context of San Raffaele’s world-class Medical Faculty and Research Hospital;
- expertise in the vital ancillary skills (HR management, budgeting, planning, resource allocation, communication, etc.) needed to run a modern dental clinic or practice.
Hosted by the Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele Faculty of Medicine, the course lasts 6 years and accumulates 360 Training Credits, 25% of which are attributed to clinical training activities. An internationally renowned teaching staff delivers a teaching program that is both varied (frontal lessons, seminars, interdisciplinary laboratory projects) and highly interactive. Assisted by a very favorable staff-student ratio, the relationship between learners and teachers is direct and highly personalized. Throughout the course, students acquire direct clinical experience in the San Raffaele Research and Teaching Hospital, which is directly adjacent to the University.
Graduates in this program will be able to work as free-lance dentists, as members of dental practices, and as practitioners within the National Health system. They also qualify for 1st and 2nd level managerial positions within the National Health system. Their qualifications are valid throughout the European Union.
