The Faculty of Psychology
The cultural choice which characterises the Faculty of Psychology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University is to consider psychology as the natural science which studies the functioning of thought and of the personality in both its normal and pathological manifestations. Therefore, in the definition of the study plan, scientific teaching has been more markedly privileged. Furthermore, great importance is given to research activities which lead in to a dissertation of an experimental nature.
Following the new order of university studies envisaged by ministerial bill No. 509 of 1999, the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University will transform, as from the academic year 2001-2002, the present Degree Course in Psychology into a Degree Course in Psychological Sciences.
