The Advanced Degree Course in Clinical Psychology

The Advanced Degree Course in Clinical Psychology provides the student with a deep and sound education in various area of clinically-oriented psychology, with a particular focus on individual and relational aspects characterizing subjects of clinical relevance.
The study plan is divided in two semesters. The teaching methods includes lectures, seminars, practical activities, internships. Classes and seminars might be held in languages of the EU other than Italian.
The Course is held at the hospital department at San Raffaele-Turro, the core of the diagnosis, care and research in Neuropsychical Sciences of San Raffaele Hospital and Vita-Salute University. This location will give to the students the unique opportunity to continue their career carrying out an internship in the departments and centres where they had studied before.
A distinctive feature of our Faculty is the empirical direction of its research and studies. The study of Brain and Mind are the main topics of investigation of our Faculty, in tight contact with the whole scientific community and according to the current methods of life sciences.
The degree diploma will be obtained after attainment of 300 Credits: 180 of these credits should have been gained in a three-years Degree Course, while an average of 60 Credits per year are obtained in the Advance Degree Course.
