Technical-Administrative Activities
Administrative technical activities will be carried out remotely for all services for which this mode is possible and in agreement with the respective Managers.
Front office services continue remotely with the option of face-to-face appointments for unpostponable activities only
Until April 2021, teaching staff and researchers, technical and administrative staff, associates and all those enrolled on all undergraduate and post-graduate courses at the University are strongly advised to suspend all non-essential or postponable travel, departures and missions related to the University’s institutional activities.
Travel, departures and missions may be authorised by the Rector, in compliance with the provisions of the Authorities.
Electoral procedures for the renewal of the University’s collegiate bodies and elected posts will be held by digital means only.
All persons who were fulfilling the functions of the above bodies, by any title, as of 9 April 2020, or anyone on whom the said functions may have devolved in the meantime, shall continue to fulfil them until the new bodies or persons are appointed, even beyond the specified duration of individual terms of office, or overriding legal or by-law provisions limiting the relative functions
