#TalentiUniSR: Lorenzo Dornetti

Lorenzo Dornetti, a degree in Psychology (with an honorary mention) at our University and a genuine #TalentiUniSR intuition: to apply neuroscience to the business world. He founded AGF group (of which he is CEO since 2012), the only organization in Italy composed by psychologists specialized in the recruiting and training of sales personnel. Author of publications, books, articles in international journals including “Personality and mental health”, has filed the patent “Neurovendita©“, a unique approach to sales, which takes into account all the psychological and neurological aspects of those who buy goods and services. Among the large companies that have relied on this innovation: Vodafone, Allianz, Barilla, Max Mara Fashion Group, Blumarine, Liviana Conti, Woolrich and Salmoiraghi and Viganò.

I graduated from the Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques (in 2004) and from the Masters Degree Course in Clinical and Health Psychology (in 2006), both at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University

Why you enrolled at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University

I was attracted by the idea that this University approached Psychology from a scientific point of view, just like biology, medicine and physics

I am currently CEO of AGF group, a structure composed exclusively of psychologists who are involved in the selection and training of commercial staff
