Master’s degree in Dentistry and Dental Implantology - Dental School

Professional know-how is accrued through the acquisition of the essential theoretical knowledge that derives from the basic sciences (with a view to professional application) and the ability to identify and critically analyse, from a clinical point of view and as part of a broader vision encompassing social and cultural elements, information regarding the health and disease of the stomatognathic system.

Master’s degree graduates must have developed the behavioural, ethical and moral knowledge that forms the foundations of modern techniques for the maintenance of oral health and the dental therapies required to treat patients both as individuals and as members of society. This is made possible by placing particular importance on the clinical needs of special patients through a knowledge of information technology and statistics, the tools of research and refresher training, and a knowledge of the principles and indications of diagnostic imaging, as well as the principles of radioprotection.
