UniSR Residences

Our Residences are conveniently located within walking distance of the University, ensuring that students can easily access both their Residence and the University's services.

Our facilities include a canteen, open for evening meals, WiFi access points, a First Aid room, and various other essential services.

Furthermore, the 'Galleria delle Botteghe,' a nearby shopping area in the San Raffaele area, features a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bookshop, ATMs, a laundromat, hair salon, and additional stores.

The Rooms

All of our rooms are designed for single occupancy and feature private bathrooms. They come fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and include amenities such as a safe and a small fridge. Internet and telephone services are readily available, and our rates encompass weekly cleaning and linen changes.

Common Areas

Both Residences offer well-appointed common spaces, including study rooms, a breakfast area, a TV lounge, and a conference room. Laundry services are conveniently located on-site, and we provide access to a fully-equipped gym for your convenience.

Our state-of-the-art gyms are thoughtfully equipped with the latest fitness equipment to cater to a wide range of fitness needs and preferences.

Access to our gyms is governed by a set of regulations, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment for all. Students are required to adhere to these regulations and observe designated hours for gym use. To access the gyms, students must be CUS (Centro Universitario Sportivo) members and must provide a valid medical certificate.

In addition to gym facilities, students will have the chance to engage in various other sports and physical activities offered by the university's sports organization. Whether you're into team sports, individual fitness routines, or wellness classes, our university provides opportunities to stay active and healthy while pursuing your studies.

Students living in the Residences have access to laundry facilities in which they can conveniently wash their clothes. The laundry room is equipped with both washing machines and dryers.

In addition, we provide an ironing room equipped with the necessary tools for your convenience.

To foster and support sports engagement at both the amateur and competitive levels, Vita-Salute University has formed a strategic partnership with the Milan University Sports Center (Cus Milano).

As part of this collaboration, students who enroll in Cus Milano gain access to a wide array of opportunities, including over two hundred courses, ski and sailing camps, and interfaculty tournaments.
Our university is actively involved in inter-university competitions, with representatives participating in men's and women's football, volleyball, rugby, and basketball championships.

This partnership opens doors to a vibrant and diverse sports community, allowing students to pursue their athletic interests alongside their academic pursuits.
