Milan is very well served by public transport which includes 4 (soon to be 5) subway lines and 120 surface lines (buses, trams and trolley buses).

The service is operated by Azienda Trasporti Milanesi (ATM).

Tickets are available at any Metro station or at newspaper stands and tobacco
shops.People under the age of 26 have a 25% discount on monthly and annual travel
cards.

The city offers also a number of sharing mobility options ike Bike sharing (Mobike, ATM BikeMI) and Car sharing.
