ATTIVITA’ CLINICA E CHIRURGICA

Trattamento multimodale delle neoplasie del pancreas (adenocarcinoma duttale, neoplasie cistiche/intraduttali e neoplasie neuroendocrine); chirurgia laparotomica e mininvasiva/laparoscopica delle patologie benigne e maligne di vie biliari (calcolosi della colecisti e via biliare) e del pancreas; pancreatite acuta e pancreatite cronica; neoplasie del pancreas familiari/genetiche; chirurgia dell’apparato digerente e delle ernie; chirurgia d’urgenza (capoturno chirurgo presso Chirurgia d’Urgenza/Pronto Soccorso dell’Ospedale San Raffaele dal 2015); sorveglianza lesioni cistiche del pancreas.

Ha eseguito in qualità di primo operatore 1200 interventi chirurgici, prevalentemente di alta/altissima complessità anche con tecnica laparoscopica.

ATTIVITA’ DI RICERCA E PRODUZIONE SCIENTIFICA

E’ autore o co-autore di 160 lavori scientifici pubblicati su riviste peer-reviewed con un H index complessivo di 41 e un numero totale di citazioni superiore a 6000.

Principali linee di ricerca:

  1. fattori prognostici e strategie terapeutiche nell’ambito del carcinoma del pancreas e delle neoplasie cistiche e intraduttali del pancreas;
  2. ricerca traslazionale in oncologia pancreatica;
  3. identificazione biomarcatori di malignità nelle neoplasie cistiche pancreatiche;
  4. studio dei fattori di rischio per le complicanze in chirurgia del pancreas;
  5. applicazione della chirurgia mininvasiva in chirurgia del pancreas.

Multimodal treatment of pancreatic tumors (pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, cystic neoplasms/intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms, neuroendocrine tumors); open and minimally invasive surgery of pancreas and biliary tree; acute and chronic pancreatitis; familial pancreatic cancer; upper GI tract surgery; hernia; emergency and trauma surgery (Division of Emergency Surgery, San Raffaele Scientific Institute); surveillance of cystic neoplasms of the pancreas

Dr Crippa performed more than 1200 surgical procedure sas first operator/tutor, mainly in the setting of pancreatic surgery

  5. Application of minimally invasive surgery in pancreatic surgery
