Master

Vita-Salute San Raffaele University promotes courses of scientific proficiency and of permanent and recurrent higher education, at the conclusion of which first and second level Italian Professional Master Programs are awarded.

Our Master Programs are the result of a collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Psychology, but can also be Interfaculty, therefore providing a collaboration between different faculties.

Admission to level-one Master courses is open to students holding a bachelor degree of at least three years in duration or other qualification issued abroad or in Italy which is considered valid by current legislation.

Admission to level-two Master courses is permitted to students holding a master’s degree or a degree under the old Italian system or other qualification issued abroad which is considered valid by current legislation.

Postgraduate Master Courses can include both in-presence lectures and distance learning, as well as other learning formats and tutorships, including clinical experience. The activities usually take place over a period of 12 months and include an internship and the preparation of a final dissertation.

Students completing the above-mentioned activities in their entirety – comprehensive of an individual study commitment, for a total of 1500 hours – are awarded 60 ECTS credits.
