ITACA

ITACA was born from the need to dedicate a small part of time to beauty and dialogue, coming into contact with our most human and artistic side.
We organize meetings by focusing on literary texts, poetics, figurative works and films. The aim is to participate in the discovery of the works "interrogating" and "questioning", in order to amplify their beauty and our curiosity.

Thematic meetings (6.30 p.m - 8.20 p.m)

The thematic meetings consist of two parts. Initially, we present the theme and read a text we prepared before, then we open the dialogue.
Anyone who wishes can collaborate in the construction of the meetings, both for the choice of the theme and for the texts.
This is the first format created by ITACA and is always an opportunity for great growth and friendship.

Bookclub (6:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m)

The meetings of the book club are generally held quarterly and allow you to deepen and share with others what emerged from the reading.
The choice of the book is by extraction among those proposed by the participants (kindly ask to propose books that do not exceed 250 pages).
Whoever wins the book extraction has the possibility to organize the introduction of the encounter as protagonist or to collaborate with the team of ITACA in realizing it.

Cineforum and "apericena" (6:15 p.m - 9:15 p.m)

The cineforum is the perfect opportunity to end the most tiring study days with a laugh (or a plant) in the company, to throw popcorn in the dark but also to reflect together at the end of the film.
It was also born as an opportunity to deepen the themes addressed during the classic meetings, in order to add new perspectives and meet in a more relaxed atmosphere.
The reception is also accompanied by a buffet organized by the ITACA team!

Participation in events

Being part of the ITACA team is a unique opportunity in university to make new friends, learn to work in groups, give space to creativity and express their ideas.
