Melghera Fees

Cascina Melghera Residence

The 60 places in the Cascina Melghera Student Residence are offered only at full fare.

The fees are for the single bedroom occupied by the single student and for the period from:

  • September 2, 2024 to July 31, 2025 for students already living in the residence;
  • September 16, 2024* to July 31, 2025 for students applying for the first time.

*The room will be given from 16 September 2024, first to non-EU students residing abroad and, afterwards, to all the others.

Please note that the Residences are closed for the Christmas holidays from December 24, 2024 until January 6, 2025.

The fee includes:

  • weekly cleaning and fresh linen service;
  • use of all common services of the residence, according to the rules and regulatons.

Accommodation Fees for Cascina Melghera Residence, 2024/2025

The amount of the fee of € 10,500.00 to be paid according to the following installments:

•              Students already assigned in the A.Y. 2023/2024:

First installment            € 1,000 due when the room is assigned to the student

Second installment     € 3,500 upon formal acceptance of the room

Third installment          € 3,000 due 10/01/2025

Fourth installment       € 3,000 due 30/04/2025

•              Students applying for the first time in the A.Y. 2024/2025:

First installment            € 4,500 due when the room is assigned to the student

Second installment     € 3,000 due 10/01/2025

Third installment          € 3,000 due 30/04/2025

Means of payment

The payment of the first installment and, only for students already residing in the A.Y. 2023/2024 also of the second installment, must be paid by bank transfer to:

Subsequent instalments must be paid via the MAV payment system, using the form provided on the student's Intranet page once the matriculation procedures have been completed.

A single bill for the entire fee will be issued, specifying the payment due dates as stated above.

Deposit

Prior to admission to the assigned room and upon formal acceptance, an interest-free deposit of € 500 must be paid through bank transfer indicating:
