ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

Organizer of several courses and meetings of the Neuroradiological and Radiological Italian societies

Coordinator of multicentric studies on brain tumour imaging. In particular PI of national multicentric studies to test new gadolinium contrast media in brain tumors and PI of a multicentric study to test brain MR Perfusion techniques

at 3T in brain tumors with the aim to stundardize the acquisition . This last study has been published in Radiology in 2018 .

As a neuroradiologist expert in advanced techniques in brain tumor imaging  cooperated in clinical trials on brain primary lymphomas designing a protocol to study the effect of new therapies on tumor vascularization to promote chemotherapic agents target effect. This last study has been published on Blood in 2019.

Paramagnetic contrast media (international cooperations with major Pharmaceutical industries , member and coordinator of advisory boards, coordination of multicentre studies on validation and comparison of gadolinium contrast media, editorial publication on AJNR);

MR studies in tumour (member of dedicated international advisory boards with publication of specific reviews on the topic of perfusion; coordination of a multicenter study on validation of different PWI acquisition techniques in brain gliomas)
