Associate Professor, Specialist in Clinical Psychology. Coordinator of the Clinical Psychology and Health Service at the IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, where she is also responsible for the Care Humanization Program "Health in the Mirror".

Since obtaining her degree, she has gained work experience abroad in clinical and university settings. She teaches at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology and various specialization schools.

Over the years, she has volunteered her professional experience for voluntary and non-governmental organizations in Italy and in countries in Africa, Asia, and South America.

She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific articles in the field of hospital medical psychology and health.

From her daily experience, she develops a desire to take care of patients and their quality of life, which led her to initiate the "Health in the Mirror" Program at San Raffaele Hospital in 2012. She founded and is the President of Health in the Mirror ETS, an organization aimed at combining medical excellence with the quality of care.
