Short Narrative

Vito Limone is Senior Research Fellow in the scientific-disciplinary field M-STO/07 “History of Christianity and the Churches” at the Faculty of Philosophy, University Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milan, and Scientific Secretary and Member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Patristic Studies “Genesis” of this University. In 2017 he obtained the PhD in “Philosophy and Sciences of Mind” at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milan, and in “Patristic Sciences” at the Patristic Institute Augustinianum, Rome. He was British Academy Fellow of the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Oxford, in 2018; Training Researcher of the Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lombardia of Pavia at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Oxford, in 2018; Research Fellow at the Fondation Hardt, Vandœuvres-Genève, in 2017 and 2018. He is member of the University Council for the History of Christianity and the Churches (CUSCC), of the Italian Research Group on Origen and the Alexandrian Tradition (GIROTA), and of the International Association of Patristic Studies (IAPS).
