withdrawals and reimbursements

In case of withdrawal of first-year students within November 30, 2025 it is possible to request a partial refund of the first tuition fee instalment by following the steps here below:

  1. Log in to your Intranet personal area, click on Menu -> Career ->  Withdrawal from Studies Application​ and follow the online procedure;
  2. Send an e-mail at enrolment.imdprogram@unisr.it (for the International MD program), enrolment.biotechnologyEU@unisr.it (for the Master's Degree in Biotechnology and medical Biology) or  immatricolazioni.healthinformatics@unisr.it (for the Master's Degree in Health Informatics) to communicate your intention to withdraw;
  3. The Admissions and Credential Evaluation Office will send an e-mail back to confirm your withdrawal;
  4. Once you receive the confirmation of withdrawal you can log in to the reimbursement portal at https://intranet.unisr.it/rimborsi/ by entering your student ID number ("matricola") and your Intranet personal credentials and fill out the reimbursement request.


THE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31, 2025.
