The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings list the world’s best universities that are 50 years old or younger.
UniSR was founded in 1996, but thanks to the virtuous integration of teaching with research in its various and main expressions (basic, philosophical and social research) in an international and dynamic context, it is already recognized as a scientific as well as educational excellence at a national and international level.
To draw up the ranking, THE evaluated 1,527 universities across 93 countries.
Among the five parameters considered in defining the ranking, training, research (through the number and relevance of publications and the relative number of citations), technology transfer and international openness were assessed in particular. These elements are perfectly in line with the mission of our University and make UniSR an important example at both national and international level.
