We are very proud to have hosted the lectio magistralis by Prof. Craig C. Mello, Nobel Prize for Medicine 2006, on Thursday 13 October 2022.

His speech, entitled "The wonderful world of RNA”, was greatly appreciated by the students of the University, who followed the Professor's words with interest in a room full of people and were able to ask him their questions.

The American biochemist was also a guest in Bergamo on the occasion of the science festival BergamoScienza, of which UniSR is a founding member.
The recording of his speech is available here
