2022 UniSR Student Representatives Elections: useful information

The University

The Rector's Decree for the election of the Student Representatives of Vita-Salute San Raffaele University has been published on the university website.
The Decree is available on your intranet (shared documents> elections).

When do you vote:

The election of the UniSR Student Representatives will be held on:

  • MARCH 30, 2023 from 9.00 to 18.00
  • MARCH 31, 2023 from 9.00 to 14.00

What you are voting for:

The election of:

 - 2 Student Representatives for the 2 Faculty Board of Philosophy

- 3 Student Representatives for the following Degree Course boards:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy;
  • Master’s Degree in Philosophy of the Contemporary World;
  • Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation science for healthcare professionals;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Theoretical and Practical Psychology;
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology.

How to vote:

You vote electronically through any device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). Instructions will follow.

Only students regularly enrolled in Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in the academic year 2022/2023 can vote.

The quorum

For the election of the 2 Faculty representatives, the quorum is 30% of those entitled. For the election of 1 candidate, the quorum is 20% of those entitled.

For the election of the 3 representatives of each Degree Course Board, the quorum is 30% of those eligible. For the election of 1 candidate, the quorum is 20% of those entitled.

Present a list by March 15th

All current students, regularly enrolled at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in the academic year 2022/2023, can stand for elections for the Faculty Board Student Representatives and the Degree Course Board Student Representatives.

The submission of the Candidates’ lists must be made by 11.30 am on MARCH 15, 2023.
Number of candidates: this must not exceed the number of eligible candidates (two for the Faculty, three for the Degree Course Boards).
Applications must be addressed to the Rector and sent by email - in .pdf format - to the Electoral Committee (comitato.elettorale@unisr.it), by 11.30 am on MARCH 15, 2023.
 
The application must indicate the name of the list.
 
The application must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- List of candidates with indication of their names, surnames University ID numbers; for each board each list must include a number of candidates equal to the number of eligible candidates;
- Declaration of acceptance of the candidacy;
- Names of the Candidate list supporters which must be 15 for the Faculty Boards and 10 for the Degree Course Boards together with their ID copies/ university badges (pdf format).

Each student can apply for only one list for each Board.
 
The electoral committee makes the forms available to be used on the students intranet > Shared documents > Elections
