II level Master in Cosmetic, Functional and Regenerative Gynaecology A.Y. 2024/2025

The II level Master in Cosmetic, Functional and Regenerative Gynaecology aims to provide an advanced training on the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the female lower genitourinary tract. Specifically, students will be guided to:

• Acquire practical skills in all areas of aesthetic and functional gynecology: from clinical examination to post-operative patient treatment. Included in the training is foreseen an outpatient visit with physical examination and urodynamic tests.

• Understand the scientific basis of aesthetic gynecology procedures, both surgical and medical.

• Learn surgical aesthetic gynecology techniques, as well as medical and non-surgical techniques (fillers, botulinum toxin, biostimulation, carboxytherapy, chemical peeling).

• Recognize the potential risks and complications related to aesthetic and functional gynecology and learn how to prevent or manage them appropriately.

• Develop a multidisciplinary approach in the management of complex cases of aesthetic and functional gynecology.

• Develop skills in pre-operative or pre-medical counseling of patients to discuss possible therapeutic options and provide complete information on aesthetic and functional gynecology procedures carried out at the relevant medical institution.
