The AlmaLaurea Report 2026 confirms significant results for UniSR in the areas of education and professional placement, demonstrating an academic pathway that successfully combines teaching quality with personal attention, integrated into a diverse and coherent set of practical and career-building activities that guide students to enter the workforce with confidence.

Regular Pathway and Internationalization

In 2025, the UniSR graduates involved in the survey are 904: 305 first-level, 272 two-year master's, and 327 single-cycle master's graduates. 91.3% complete their studies on schedule, and the average graduation score is 107.3 out of 110. The profile also stands out for openness and mobility: 38.1% come from other regions and 5.2% arrive from outside Italy.

Internships and Experiences

74.4% have completed recognized internships in their Degree Course, and 11.1% have carried out an experience abroad.
Almost one graduate in two, 49.3%, has undertaken a career-building activity during their university studies.
These are data describing concrete education, capable of intertwining theoretical preparation, practical experience, and international openness.

Satisfaction with the University Experience

The satisfaction picture is very positive: 91.5% declare satisfaction with the relationship with the faculty, 85.8% consider the study load appropriate, and 87.3% express a总体上 positive evaluation of teaching activities.
Overall, 90.2% declare satisfaction with the university experience.
Furthermore, 76.6% would choose the same course and the same University again, indicating a strong bond with their educational experience.

Employment Outcomes Above the National Average

On the employment front, our pathways' ability to translate into concrete professional opportunities is confirmed, exceeding the national average in all indicators.

Among those who obtained a bachelor's degree and do not continue their studies, the employment rate one year after graduation reaches 91.7%, with an average net salary of €1,839.

For those who obtained a second-level degree, the employment rate one year after graduation is 82.2%, while at five years it rises to 98.3%; in this latter case, the average net salary reaches €2,078.

Research and Teaching Quality Translate into Work

The relationship between studies and work appears particularly solid: among those who obtained a second-level degree and are working five years after graduation, 91.1% consider the degree very effective for the work performed, and 82.3% declare they use to a high extent the skills acquired at university.
Even among bachelor's graduates who do not continue their studies, 93.9% rate the degree very effective in their work.

These are data confirming teaching tightly connected to research, capable of offering students knowledge, tools, and techniques at the international state of the art, without needing to seek them elsewhere, building a portfolio of theoretical and practical skills that makes graduates ready to work on the field.

A Confirmation for UniSR

The AlmaLaurea Report 2026 returns the image of a University where academic rigor, attention to education quality, and support toward the workforce converge into a recognizable and appreciated model.

This is a confirmation that values our daily work and the choice to invest in pathways that combine Research, Teaching, and employability in a long-term perspective.
