Learning objectives
The Second-Level Master’s Program in Valvular Heart Diseases is designed to train the future leaders of valvular Heart Teams, capable of integrating clinical, technical, communication, and managerial skills in the field of aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve disorders.
Specifically, the program aims to:
- Acquire advanced competencies in the diagnosis, treatment, and integrated management of valvular diseases;
- Develop decision‑making and leadership skills within the Heart Team;
- Deepen the understanding of clinical guidelines, organizational models of valve centers, and healthcare policies;
- Understand the processes of innovation, development, and regulation of medical devices;
- Strengthen soft skills (communication, management, teamwork, public speaking, conflict management).
