Enrolled students
Enrolled students may ask supportive measures during their academic studies and sitting the exams, using the dedicated form.
SUBMIT THE FIRST REQUEST
Students must send via e-mail the form and the valid certification during the month of September/October or, in any case, after UniSR enrolment is completed (only if later than September/October)
MEETING WITH INCLUSION OFFICE SPECIALIZED TEAM
Received the form and the valid certification, the Inclusion Office schedules a meeting with the specialized team in study method. This allows the students to have a direct talk on the submitted request.
SUPPORTIVE MEASURES LETTER
After having received the instructions from the specialized team, the Inclusion Office draws up a supportive measures letter, signed by the Rector's Delegate for Equal Opportunities and Disabilities. This letter is the official document that grants students access to supportive measures.
The Inclusion Office will send to students the letter along with the guidelines reporting the procedure to request and get the supportive measures.
RENEWAL YEARS FOLLOWING THE FIRST
Every year, during the months of July/August, the Inclusion Office sends an email message to involved students so that they can submit a new request form for the upcoming academic year.
POSSIBLE CHANGES DURING THE YEAR
If during the academic studies students need to modify, update, change the supportive measures, it is possible to submit a request to the Inclusion office via email during the month of March: all the submitted request forms will be evaluated by the end of April. Should students submit a request form during all the other months of the year, this will be evaluated considering each student academic situation.
