Information for Contracting and Supply
Under art. 26 of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, in case of tender or other contracts for the supply of works, services or goods, the employer must provide contractors and suppliers with detailed information regarding the risks in the environment in which they are to operate and the prevention and emergency measures adopted.
The prevention and emergency management measures must be supplemented with additional information to combat and contain the spread of the Covid-19 infection or covering other situations requiring the adoption of specific measures.
UniSR provides suppliers and contractors with the "risk information" drawn up in accordance with the legal provisions, to be managed in accordance with the procedures specified on each occasion.
