Rotelli Chair 2024: Lectures of Nancy Fraser

The Faculty of Philosophy of the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University of Milan has activated the lectures of the Chair in memory of Professor Giuseppe Rotelli, founder of the San Donato Hospital Group, who died in 2013. The lectures, dedicated every year to topics of importance for contemporary societies and entrusted to illustrious international personalities, this year reach their 8th edition.

Rotelli Chair 2024: Three faces of capitalist labor

This year’s guest will be Professor Nancy Fraser, American philosopher and feminist theorist, who will hold a series of lectures dedicated to the theme "Three faces of capitalist labor. Uncovering the hidden ties between gender, race, and class".

Nancy Fraser, committed in the fields of political philosophy and normative ethics, teaches Political and Social Science at the New School for Social Research in New York. She is known for her work on the concept of social justice, as well as her pioneering approach to feminist thought.

This year’s edition will be held from 8th to 10th May.

It will be possibile to attend the event in presence in Aula DO 103 (UniSR Campus Mi2, Donatello Building).
