Financial Aid programs for Students

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 68 of March 29, 2012, and its subsequent updates, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University offers students a valuable chance to engage in part-time collaborations.

Each year, students are invited to apply for these positions, which can involve working with specific university departments and offices, as outlined in the call for applications.

To submit your students’ collaborations application, please click here and follow the three steps described below.

STEP 1: ACCESS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION

• Students already enrolled at Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele: log in with your UniSR credentials using the LOGIN ATENEO option and complete your personal profile.
• Students not yet enrolled: use ACCESS WITH CREDENTIALS option to register. After registration, log in again using your fiscal code and the password you chose.

STEP 2: COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORM

Click on the “APPLICATION FOR STUDENT COLLABORATION” function, go to “APPLICATION FOR STUDENT COLLABORATION A.Y. 2026/2027” section and fill in all required fields.
At the end of the process:

• a summary will be generated, indicating also the attachments required for your application to be valid (STEP 3);
• once you confirm the application using the appropriate button “CONFIRM”, you will receive an email confirming that the application has been filled in;
• From the following day, you will be able to download the PDF summary from the “RECEIPTS” section.

STEP 3: UPLOADING ATTACHMENTS

In the section “UPOLOAD DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENT COLLABORATION”, you might upload attachments within the deadline.

If the information related to your household income was not entered during the completion of the student collaboration application, you can later use the “INCOME DATA COMPLETION FOR STUDENT COLLABORATION” function to provide it. In this case, you will then need to return to the “UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENT COLLABORATION” section and attach the relevant documents, in accordance with the deadlines indicated in the Call for Applications.

OTHER AVAILABLE OPERATIONS
