Abstract
The increasing need of statistical information, the increasing cost of ad hoc statistical surveys with a decreasing participation rate, and the increasing number of sources of information, are common today’s problems.
A promising response is to integrate data from different sources into a unique, synthetic data-file containing all necessary information. Data integration plays an important role in data gathering process, with serious consequences in data usage.
